I highly recommend Dynamic Mindfulness teacher training. I have just completed the Yoga RYT 200 training and am so glad I took it. Participating in the 200hr yoga teacher training with Dynamic Mindfulness was the best decision I made in 2022! It was a much-needed investment in myself after my son turned 1. I completed the 200 hour YTT with Tatjana from October 2020-April 2021. I truly enjoyed all elements of the YTT. Tatjana is a great teacher and creates a safe space to learn and grow in your practice. I met some amazing friends in the YTT and started teaching yoga soon after graduation.
