The architecture sucks and ruins the view of the spree. It’s outrageous they got a permission to build it there. Berlin space, surrounded by clubs and social communities, stolen by greedy Munich developer that doesn’t have tiniest clue about the area. There is no future for this building there, just makes people angry.
