Ich bin bei Frau Aylin Celik , ich bin sowas von ihr begeistert . Denn ich bin einer der nicht gern zum Zahnarzt geht aber hier hat man mir die „ Angst „ genommen . Seit ich bei ihr in Behandlung bin gehe ich entspannt zum Termin . Danke , danke

People are friendly and the place is well designed, but it is not so easy to reach them, there has been some last minute cancels, wrong advice on really expensive treatment.
Man fühlt sich hier gut aufgehoben. Viele vom Personal sowie von den Ärzt*innen haben wenig Probleme Englisch zu sprechen sowie andere Sprachen, da die Praxis auch sehr vielfältig ist.
very modern dentistry with quality services. At the entrance I was met by the receptionist Kira(if I remember correctly), very pleasant and friendly. I filled out some documents, and then the doctor met me. After the procedure, I also had a check-up of all my teeth. The doctor is a professional, attentive and polite. I'll be back again!
Everything perfect, as always. As a family, we are very happy with the services, especially with the approach and kindness of Dr. Aylin Çelik. Recommended.
The staff is very friendly, attentive, communicative and professional. In addition, they speak English and it feels like a safe space for both ethnic diversity and the LGTBI community. On the other hand, there is a lot of care in the design of the site, which although it may seem irrelevant, already conveys calm and tranquility, very important moments prior to an intervention.
Waited an hour to not have been seen. Many new arrivals were met with their appointed dentist in respected time. I guess the fault must be on the organisation/reception.
I had great expirience. Everyone are nice,friendly but proffesional. They all speak german and english. Best dentist praxis so far in Berlin.
Ich kann die Praxis nur empfehlen. Sehr freundlicher und kompetenter Arzt und tolles Team. Der erste Zahnarzt, der es geschafft hat, mich als Angstpatientin zu regelmäßigen Besuchen zu bewegen :)) . Die Betreuung ist sehr einfühlsam und freundlich.
Had lower wisdom teeth removed (1 impacted) along with a molar that was also Impacted and under the wisdom tooth, so three in total Had huge anxiety and dread about getting them extracted, but the team were so nice and friendly and the surgeon Dr Alef + the nurse (didn't catch the name sorry!) were incredibly fast and thoughtful with me. One of the best dentistry experiences I've had and would recommend to everyone
I've had the best experience with this dentist; they made me feel really safe and well taken care of. I was not a client and was in severe pain after a wisdom teeth removal in another country. After calling, they scheduled an appointment for me the same day I called. The care was excellent; you can feel their in-house experience and knowledge. Absolutely blown away by the professionalism, patience, kindness and the whole place overall. I had a truly disappointing experience at the dentist's yesterday. To begin with, I arrived 15 minutes late for my appointment, with 10 minutes of the delay being my own fault. However, the remaining 5 minutes were entirely due to the fact that there was a gentleman at the reception desk who seemed to be planning his next appointment, and I ended up losing even more time because of him. Super condescending receptionist - super unhelpful, very unfriendly and passive aggressive towards patients. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Edit: Dear Urban dentist: I was late because I am disabled. Was I given the time to explain that I was disabled? No, because as said above, the staff was condescending and passive-aggressive.
