Great food, loved the cabbage dashi soup & the sushi served by Hiro-san. Amazing ambience and service provided here. Please do visit when you're in Frankfurt. p.s enjoyed our conversation alot.
Essen auf höchstem Niveau. Vor dem Sakai hatte ich noch nie die Erfahrung gemacht, gleichzeitig lachen und weinen zu müssen, weil ich die Komplexität des Geschmacks der Speisen so sehr genossen habe. Zu sagen, dass das Sakai das beste Restaurant in Frankfurt ist und jeden Cent wert ist, ist nicht übertrieben. Es ist nur eine Frage der Zeit, bis es einen Michelin-Stern erhält.

Das Menü bietet eine unglaubliche Geschmacksvielfalt. Der Style ist typisch japanisch und das Ambiente ist sehr angenehm. Der Service ist auch typisch japanisch und daran muss sich der europäische Gast drauf einstellen.

A truly fantastic experience. The best sushi I have had and look forward to trying some of the chef’s sushi restaurants in Tokyo. Aside from the amazing sushi, they have a really great sake pairing and friendly team. A must visit in Frankfurt.
