I have gotten a tattoo 4 years ago and this tattoo had never recovered the right way(yes I took care of it ) I have scars that is risen .25 inch high on my skin from the tattoo he gave me..and always breaking out,itchy ..no matter how much I moisturize it.People ask me if it's new because that's how much the tattoo is risen/Scarred..I told him what I wanted and he free hand it..don't go here this guy is trash..another guy that got tatted here has…
