I am writing this message as a former employee of SSAM so that the reality of what is happening in this restaurant is known. The boss is a scammer and does not understand human rights. He owes tips to his former employees for many months and ignores every attempt to contact him. Another important point to comment on is the hygiene conditions inside this place, which are terrible. I have seen meat in bad condition and even maggots come to the surf…
Tasty food, and a lot of it. We were two, ate early on a Thursday so there weren't a lot of people in the beginning. Would go again, and it was a great experience with real BBQs in the tables. Very good service as well, a shout out to the staff.
The food is good but expensive for the quantity. They are pretty stingy on the side dish. The place and the staff are not really welcoming I don’t recommend, there is better Korean bbq places in Berlin
DO NOT EAT HERE - FOOD POISONING DANGEROUS FOOD SERVED BY CHEFS AND RUDE STAFF Hi just to let you know that was the worst food I think I have had in a while the meat we got served to cook ourselves was nice however the fried chicken was raw inside me and my girlfriend have been violently ill and sick the past few days as we had this on Saturday night , I will be making sure I go to the local press about this and be posting multiple reviews online…
Compare to other K-BBQs in Berlin, Ssam is one of the good ones!👍🏼I loved the food and service was fairly quick and efficient! The only issue was that the tables were so sticky, they were not cleaned properly for the next customers so I had to be careful not to put my phone or anything or the table.
The food was absolutely great! Meat was amazing, sides were great me and my husband enjoyed it! Staff was good nothing bad to say but nothing special they did their job but that was it. But overall would recommend and would come back!
War mein erstes mal Korean BBQ und ich kann es sehr empfehlen! Alle Produkte waren sehr frisch und haben sehr gut geschmeckt! Für Vegetarier ist auch vieles dabei :)
Das ist ein Scam. Wir kamen gegen 21:15 und Laut Google hatten sie bis 23 Uhr auf. Sie hatten aber schon längst zu. Blöd. Wollten das gerne probieren
