I think SPIC and SPAN is a great option for people looking for English speaking help. My feedback would be that the vet their cleaners a bit more as some cleans were not to my standards though I am sure with training on their side this would be much better! Fast and easy response to all communication which is wonderful.

We had a moving out cleaning done by them on an empty apartment with extras but had to go and clean after them ourselves. Super disappointing.
I found Thanks SPIC AND SPAN Home & Office Cleaning is pretty amazing. I called a few places but chose to go with Thanks Cleaning because he was prompt in response and the fee was reasonable. We got them to clean staircases and walls and I'm happy with the results. booked them again to do house cleaning. Overall good cleaning service. Very nice that the service is in English so I do not have to worry about communications or confusion. the pricing structure is a bit confusing so that could be improved, otherwise I give full marks for the cleaning.
