Please update your working hours for non-public holidays. I drove 40m to your shop just to find out you are closed. Also telling me that it’s too much hassle to do this for just one day gives me the impression that you value your time more than that of your customers.
Fantastische, fachkundige Beratung. Es wird im Sinne des Kunden beraten, und überhaupt kein Verkaufsdruck ausgeübt. Die Geschäftsführerin nahm sich über eine Stunde Zeit und ließ 8 Paare probieren, um den passenden Leisten zu finden. Für mich das bisher beste Kauferlebnis, absolut empfehlenswert. Geführte Marken: Vass, Carmina, Santos.
Great service. I brought my favourite boots here for normal cleaning, which were totally resurrected to look brand new. I also brought a problematic, terribly stained pair of suede loafers, that they were able to rehabilitate to presentable condition (was dire situation). I am very grateful and satisfied and will bring any other cases here - dramatic or conventional - for their knowledgable help.

Der Laden ist eine Bank. Arbeiten an Schuhen werden außerordentlich gut erledigt, das Team ist freundlich und kompetent, bin seit Jahren Kunde und werde das noch auf Jahre bleiben - das ist echtes Handwerk mitten in der Stadt.
