Dieses kleine Restaurant am Rande der Torstraße ist immer einen Besuch wert. Selten habe ich so gute orientalische Küche wie hier genossen. Die keckeren Spezialitäten aus dem Irak sind immer einen Besuch im Salamat wert. Die übersichtliche Karte ist ein Beleg dafür, dass alle Speisen frisch zubereitet werden. What let this place down was the non acceptance of an 'International' credit card, so they only take German cards. Which is not only nonsense it's idiotic and would definitely put me off going here again. Service was extremely slow. I've been in touch with Mastercard, the world's credit card to find out if this is against the law/rules as its discrimination
We had a feast when eating there and everything was delicious. The staff is friendly, helpful and funny sometimes. The restaurant is small, very cozy. Will be coming back.
I don't know the dish names, but it was great! And the dessert in the photo - it's something else, I've never tasted anything like it, it's mind-blowingly tasty
