Der absolute Wahnsinn! Hier hat jeder Gang seine 3 Sterne verdient. An dem Abend, als ich hier zu Gast war hat einfach alles gepasst. Sowohl der Service als auch die Erläuterungen zu den einzelnen Gängen waren unglaublich gut. Jeder Gang war hervorragend auf den nächsten abgestimmt und für sich eine absolute Geschmacksexplosion. It was a true three starred Michelin restaurant dining experience. All the staff are very informative and attentive. Every single dish was very well explained. As I don't do pork, it was excluded to my menu. Wine suggestions were very various too. I'd surely go back again.
The dining at Rutz was truly a journey. Starting off with the Amouse-Bouche, the incredible Seafood, the very good proprietary Caviar (recommended to add to the experience), the regionally infused plates and finishing strong with great Desserts. Unglaublich. Das ofenheiße Brot mit Fenchel-Anis Butter, das Lamm, und das Waldboden Dessert waren göttlich. Insbesondere der Waldboden war wahrscheinlich das beste Dessert das ich in meinem ganzen Leben gegessen habe.
It has been a wonderful evening at Rutz and an amazing culinary experience. The waiters were very nice and shared a lot of knowledge about the dishes. The vegetarian menu was delicious and the wine menu was great with it.
