Just moved into an apartment that Kefah handled. The showing prior to the rental was professional and informative, and then he and his company were resposive and very helpful during move in - meeting me late on a Saturday to turn over the keys!. Even though ProperT is not actively managing the unit beyond the initial rental, Kefah and associte contacted the owner for me when the wifi service wasn't connected AND provided a temporary solution
