I come from Valencia and miss paella a lot since I live in Germany. I heard very good things about Paella xperience from other Spanish friends so thought I would try it out. It was perfect! Ros is a great paella cook and we all enjoyed the paella very much. He also answered all the questions from my German friends whenever they wanted to know something about the dish.
