Sehr schwierige Terminvergabe: Absage eines bereits seit einiger Zeit gemachten Termins ohne Alternativen.
Seit meiner ersten Behandlung vor etwa 2 Jahren bin ich Stamm-Patient bei Vanessa Edelmann. Jeder Besuch ist eine wunderbare Erfahrung sowohl behandlungstechnisch als auch menschlich. Die Beratung ist stets freundlich und sehr kompetent. Ich habe mich immer sehr wohl gefühlt.
Als Neuropathie Patient bin ich auf regelmäßige podologische Behandlungen angewiesen. Diese unterschiedlichen Behandlungen nehme ich bei Ortho_Ped in der Blissestraße in Anspruch. Javier Leñero Ponce ist dort mein behandelnder Podologe und ich möchte Javier an dieser Stelle für seine große Sorgfalt danken, mit der er diese schwierige Behandlung ausführt. Das Ergebnis ist stets perfekt und damit für mich ein Stück zurückgewonnene Lebensqualität.
I'm very satisfied and happy with the service. I went with a complicated case of an ingrown toenail that was really buried inside. Melany helped me in no time and painless. She managed to remove a huge piece of nail from the meat. I will definitely comeback for a feet treatment. 100% recommended.
V. Edelmann ist zweifellos die beste und professionellste Podologin die ich im Laufe meines Lebens konsultiert habe - und das waren einige, quer durch Deutschland. Großartig dass sie mich schon seit einigen Jahren behandelt und meine Problematik im Griff hat. Es ist nach der Behandlung jedesmal ein Gefühl wie auf Wolken zu gehen.
