Mein kaputtes Handy konnte zwar nicht gerettet werden, aber die Jungs von Naxo haben super schnell und unkompliziert meine Verträge in günstigere Verträge umgewandelt. In null-komma-nix war auch die Schutzfolie auf meinem Smartphone, wofür ich locker 10mal so lange gebraucht hätte. Freundlichkeit versteht sich von selbst. Ich war sehr zufrieden.
