⚠️ Warnung: dieses Hotel gibt zwar an, dass eine 24h Rezeption verfügbar ist, allerdings müssen Sie durch die Zollkontrolle, um zum Hotel zu gelangen. Diese hat nur von 6 bis 22 Uhr geöffnet. Zwischen 22 und 6 Uhr gibt es keine Möglichkeit, im Hotel einzuchecken. Auch ist die Rezeption telefonisch überhaupt nicht erreichbar. Daher besser Napcabs für 1/3 des Preises buchen - diese sind rund um die Uhr verfügbar.

It’s a bit pricey, but a good option if you’re exhausted and have a long layover. I was able to get some solid sleep before a long flight. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the staff friendly. The complimentary coffee was very good.
Friendly staff. Coffee/water/tea provided free of charge throughout the stay. Also got a welcome bag with some snacks. Although the rooms don’t have a phone to chat with reception, the counter is open all night for you to walk to. Room is small, but cleaner than some hotels I’ve seen (Hilton, Ritz, etc). AC was not cooling but they do provide tower fans if needed. My room was pretty quiet too.

My Cloud has the perfect setup for travelers with long layovers connecting through FRA.||Rooms are a good size and a great place to put your head down to try and recover from Jet lag.||Being able to shower is amazing amenity, that will give you some energy back as well.||Definitely would do again.
The staff and hotel were great! Our flight got cancelled to the states at the last minute and we had to find a place to stay quickly for 24 hours. The staff was also very helpful and welcoming especially Eirini and Milena. Eirini helped us get a room, make sure we were comfortable and her positive attitude made our day much better. The hotel is also very clean and efficient. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks
I had to wait for 15 min for a room to be cleaned which was ok but it wasn’t very clean as there was hair in the toilet. And in the middle of my sleep someone opened my room!! Fitting sheets were harsh a bit. Overall great experience.
Life saver after traveling international, stopped in for 3 hours of much needed sleep. Clean, and nice staff. Helpful recommendations for some quick sight seeing during a long layover. Would definitely stay again in a similar circumstance.
Nice place for a short stay for your transit zakaria at the gest service was very nice and polite he helped me a lot I really appreciate his help I wasn't going to be able to stay here if he didn't help me his costumer service is excellent and makes you feel like you're home
We arrived at the airport very close to closing time, our onward flight was cancelled, and there was no Lufthansa customer service available and the virtual assistant gave us no hotel options. We arrived from Boston at 7 am and had a 5 hour layover until our next flight to Sweden. The hotel was just a few gates away from where we arrived, and right next to immigration/the entrance to Terminal A from which our outgoing flight was departing.
