Sie sind unzuverlässig Sie haben einen Termin für mich vereinbart aber die Wohnung war von einer Person in der Immobilienmakler arbeitet besetzt . ( aber so Sie mich gesagt ) Ich müsste von ihnen Schadensersatz für die 1400 km lange Fahrt verlangen und meine Übernachtung im Hotel. Ich habe 600 Euro für diese Reise bezahlt.

Sehr geehrte Frau Eifu, es tut uns unendlich leid, dass Sie eine derart weite Anreise für eine Wohnungsbesichtigung auf sich genommen haben. Hierüber waren wir zu keinem Zeitpunkt informiert und hätten uns hier sehr über eine offene Kommunikation oder ein Telefonat gefreut. So hätten wir an dem Tag der vermeidlichen Anreise selbstverständlich und gerne weitere Termine für Sie von bereits freien Wohnungen organisiert. Dies hätten wir auch sehr flexibel organisieren können. Wir haben Ihnen vergangene Woche lediglich mögliche Terminvorschläge geschickt, Ihnen aber keinen Termin bestätigt, da die Eigentümerin der einzigen Wohnung die Ihnen zugesagt hat, derzeit noch selbst in der Wohnung wohnt uns zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch keine Zeitfenster für Besichtigungen bestätigt hat. Außerdem haben Sie eine Katze, was von der Vermieterin eigentlich nicht gewünscht ist. Aber auch hier hätten wir zahlreiche Wohnungen im Angebot wo das kein Problem wäre. Dass Sie dennoch angereist sind, tut uns wirklich unglaublich leid - davon wussten wir nichts da es keine Bestätigung für den Termin gab. Hello Nunu Melo, We were very upset about your review and are very sorry that you had a bad experience regarding your apartment. Unfortunately, we are only the agent and not the owners. Unfortunately, you did not inform us when you moved in that your apartment was not perfectly cleaned. If you had done so, we would have immediately ordered a follow-up cleaning from the external cleaning service commissioned by the landlord, as everyone should move into a perfectly clean apartment. Unfortunately, you did not inform us of this. All your e-mails were answered immediately or forwarded to the landlord without delay. As the rent deposit payments are not made to our account but directly to your landlords, we have no influence on this. Therefore, we are not allowed to send you a rental invoice. We have therefore forwarded this and your queries regarding the deposit to your former landlords immediately. As we are not a cleaning service and not your landlord, we are very disappointed by your review as we have done everything in our power to provide you with the best possible stay. Dont get locked easily. Your deposit will be locked for six weeks and they will charge very high for the cleaning. Dont take the apartment if you are staying for long time, People are very lazy and they will not give the room at the end of the contract. Please be aware if you are staying for the long time.

Dear Mr. Chickmegdur Basavaraju, We are also very sorry about how your tenancy ended. You lived in an apartment in one of the boarding houses we manage. According to German tenancy law, you are only allowed to live here for 6 months and then have to move. Your contract ended on 29.02.2024. As you owed several thousand euros in rent to the landlords, they unfortunately did not agree to a new contract in another apartment. We informed you of this at an early stage. Unfortunately, you refused to move out despite the expired rental agreement and the owners called the police, who escorted you out of the property. We wish things had gone differently. We are not a cleaning service and do not have our own cleaning ladies, but we work closely with reputable and very hard-working companies. The cleaning bill always depends on the condition of the apartment when you leave. Many of our tenants have very reasonable cleaning bills when they move out but leave the apartments in a correspondingly tidy condition. Unfortunately, this was not the case when you moved out and the apartment was very dirty. We have over 3000 apartments outside of boarding houses where people are welcome to live permanently and don't have to move. But you have to pay your rent here too. You also threatened one of our employees after she told you that we are not allowed to rent a new apartment to you. The building is very noisy (there is a bar on the ground floor) and the Internet is of terrible quality, which makes it terrible for resting or working/studying. It took them 3.5 months to return the deposit and when I called to ask, they told me that by law it could take 6 months, that they would return it to me whenever they wanted and that I should not call or ask about it again (terrible for vacations).
