I went there for the first time and so far I would recommend. The doctor listened to all my questions and answered patiently. He gave me good tips as well. The nurses was super careful and sweet. They took care of me during the exams.

I only come here because Doctor Broglia is very good, competent and kind. The rest of the Praxis is just awful, extremely unorganized, weeks and weeks to get an appointment, incredibly long waiting times, long and illogical procedures even for simple things, the staff at the reception is always unfriendly and with absolutely no empathy for the patients, it's like talking to a wall every time. ich bin seit über einem Jahr bei dieser Praxis als Patientin. Meine Beschwerde geht nur an die Arzthelferinnen am Empfang. Sie sind sehr unfreundlich, nicht im Sinne den Patienten zu helfen, Vorlaut und Frech. Ständig wird irgendwas vergessen, ob Rückrufe, Rezepte nicht vollständig mitgegeben, Krankmeldung sollte mir per Mail gesendet werden kam auch nicht. I've had many good experiences with Dr. Chiara Broglia and Dr. Martina Schreen for years. They both speak English and are willing to do so. Most importantly, both of them are very friendly, sympathetic and patient to listen to me. It feels like to visit a caring family member who is a doctor. You get the professional help and meantime let go of worry. Highly recommended.

Einen Patienten mehr 7 Stunden auf einen wichtigen Rückruf warten zu lassen, ist schon nicht sehr schön, aber er kam trotzdem am selben Tag, wie versprochen.
