Actually I cannot recommend Beate enough, she helped me to submit my tax declaration, she was so patient and supportive that I get the max possible return, after submission I got a rejection for an item, we sent our objection and it was not accepted. I mostly gave up, I told her maybe that's it we can't do more. but she didn't agree, she told me if this was her case she would try again because its a fair request.
