If you rent in this place you should know that the 1200 euros they ask for as a deposit will never be returned to you. And demand that the form they ask you to sign on the tablet be sent to you

Kann den negativen Aussagen nicht zustimmen. Habe ein Jahr bei Livus gemietet. Kostengerechte Abrechnung, sauberes Appartement bekommen und auch übergeben. Zügige Bearbeitung meiner Probleme. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen, wer eine kleine Bleibe sucht. Alles was man für das tägliche benötigt, findet man in diesen Appartements. Top weiter so!

They will not return my deposit and have avoided any form of contact. Do not go anywhere near this place or anyone involved with them - they have stolen my deposit and refuse to return emails, letters, phone calls, etc. It has been more than 10 months since I moved out. Their businesses elsewhere in Germany (LIVUS, Coastline Advisory) show similar situations to mine. I do not understand how this company has been allowed to continue operating. Esp
