Die Lage verspricht ein hohes Maß an Lebensqualität. Bus/ Bahnstation sind lediglich 5-10 min (Fußweg) entfernt. Vor Ort lebt eine sehr intakte Community, die das Finden von neuen Freundschaften erleichtert. The washing machines are ALWAYS broken, they only accept coins (no change machine available) AND they steal your money. Currently only 2 machines are working for over 200 residents. The company does not communicate what (if anything) is being done about this. Absolutely unacceptable for the price you pay per month. There are also issues with the internet stability. I would avoid here until the management can sort out these constant issues.

I’ve spent wonderful three and half years in I Live Köln and I can only recommend it. The building is new and the apartments are nicely decorated with high-quality furnitures. At i Live, we place great importance on transparency and respect towards our residents, which is why we take your criticism very seriously. We want to clarify that all decisions regarding contract renewals are made following certain criteria and processes, which we believe to be fair and transparent. These include a rotation system that we have in place to provide equal opportunities for as many people as possible to access our accommodations. Exceptions to the rotation rule exist and involve an assessment, regrettably, in your case, the qualifications for these exceptions were not met. We apologize if there has been any confusion regarding this in your case, and we will strive to communicate these processes more clearly in the future. Regarding your experiences with our team, we want to apologize if you have felt disrespected in any way. This is not our intention, and we will internally review the points you mentioned to ensure such incidents do not reoccur.
