SCAM ALERT!!!! We drove 650 kilometers when we arived we did not even get a glass of water or a cup of coffee to drink. After we made the payment for the car they denied the blackfriday offer on the car. They demanded a extra fee of 250€ in cash, card payment was not possible. Unbelievable rude and we even felt unsafe when the staff started shouting and yelling at us. All the documents we got in pieces of paper in stead of a professional map. …
This is Horror Automobile not Horrer Automobile, very bad service, stay away from this company, they will not take care of you as soon as they receive the money on their account. We bought a car of more then 40.000€,- and even a single carwash was to much for this cardealership.
Nette und kompetente Beratung zum EQV300. Auch Emails werden zügig beantwortet. Kleinere Problemchen wurden schnell und unbürokratisch behoben.
Hab vor einem Jahr ne e klasse bei der Firma Horrer gekauft. Bei der Abholung war motor Kontrollleuchte an, angeblich adblue Pumpe. Habs auto mitgenommen mit der ausmachung das er es bezahlt. Nen halbes jahr das geld hinter gerant. Dazu kamm zwei Sätze abgefahrene Reifen. Hab eine Premium Garantie bekommen beim Kauf vom Händler, absoluter Müll. Seit tag eins ständig was anderes kaputt. Auf der Suche nach einem MB EQV 300 sind wir via "mobile" bei Firma Horrer Automobile fündig geworden. Wir haben uns ein Fahrzeug (2 Jahre, 15.000km) aus dem Bestand ausgesucht und dieses "blind" gekauft das heißt, bestellt, bezahlt und abgeholt. Beschreibung + Zustand des Fahrzeugs haben 100% der Realität entsprochen. Unsere Wünsche (AHK, Sitze, Reifen) wurden komplett nach unseren Vorstellungen umgesetzt. Toller Kauf beim Horrer Automobile! Hab hier einen gebrauchten EQV gekauft und bin super zufrieden. Das Team war ehrlich und transparent, und der Van ist in Top-Zustand. Empfehle ich gerne weiter!
Händler antwortet nicht auf E-Mails und am Telefon wird nur gesagt das sie sofort zurück rufen tuen es aber nicht.
Ich bin ab und an bei Automobile Horrer. Das ges. Team ist sehr zuvorkommend und tritt sehr freundlich und kompetent auf. Ich würde dort bedenkenlos ein Fahrzeug kaufen !! LG aus Leipzig
Nettes Team, cooles Auto. Leider bei der Kommunikation ein paar Schwierigkeiten. Schade, dass bei der Abholung bei so einem Auto der Tank und das Adblue komplett leer waren und die Reifen alt!
Warte seit Anfang Februar auf Termin ( Rückrufaktion Stellantis-RAM und KBA - Lenksäulensteuermodul ) -> Unterlagen wurden Ihm alle zur Verfügung gestellt. Je leurs est acheté un v classe Mercedes en 2017 après être resté au soleils longtemps plusieurs été la peinture, s'écaille sur la portière en haut et en bas . Un carrossiers ma dit que se (véhicule à été deja repeint en carrosserie) il a dû être (accidenté) c'est le mastic de mauvaise qualité qui craque sous les fortes chaleurs de plus la peinture n'est pas la même sur la portières que sur le restant de la Carrosserie, on le voit a contre jour…
