Completely different to the advert ie: mountain View from the balcony ... there wasn't, and the timber on the balcony was starting to rot... advertised secure parking.. the parking was on the street on an industrial estate and next to a busy takeaway.. it cost us €50 in taxi fare to the city and back.. the taxi driver took advantage of the language barrier going, the driver on way back was English speaking . Top Adresse in Heidelberg! Unkomplizierte Kommunikation - und easy check-in per codierter Schluesselbox, da ich erst nach Mitternacht anreisen konnte. Die Zimmer sind blitzsauber und modern ausgestattet. Gute Lage zwischen Hauptbahnhof und BismarckPlatz. Immer wieder gerne!
I lived here for over 7 months. Frank (Manager) went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The location is excellent and very close to everything one needs. I highly recommend this place for those staying longer than just a couple of days.
