I had a great experience with HC24. It was my first time renting an apartment in Germany, and the whole process went smoothly. Mrs. Sandra Michler-Watts, Mrs. Madeleine Schmitt, and the team were very professional, quick to respond, and communicated excellently in English. They helped me a lot during a stressful time when I couldn’t find housing in Würzburg. Amazing service! I would definitely recommend.

Wenn ich 0 Sterne geben könnte, würde ich es machen. Ich bewerbe mich für eine Wohnung durch Immowelt. Sobald ich eine Rückmeldung bekomme, schreibe ich Tage mit der Ansprechpartnerin der HC24 und endlich klappt die Wohnung zu besichtigen. Ich treffe die Vermieterin direkt (keine von der Makler war dabei bei dem Besichtigungstermin), die mir die möblierte Wohnung am Samstag 08.03 zeigt. Anyone who wants to try HC24, which looks professional but provides subpar service, is of course welcome to do so. They list the same apartment at different prices, and when you point it out, they claim it was a mistake 😉—yet somehow, you're always charged the higher rent. Mit Ikea_Möbel wollt hoch Preis zu vermieten. Die Wohnung sind unsauber mit starker Geruch. Matraze ist schmuzig, nicht mit der schlafen kann. Ganz schlechte Erfahrung, Firma wollt nur Geld verdienen. Abstand halten!!!
