I was really helped by HC24 in my search for accommodation here in Wuerzburg. Frau Michler-Watts, Frau Schmitt and Frau Kress in the Wuerzburg office listens to what I searched for and they provide the best options and offers for me. I was in an urgent need for accommodation for my studies, and they helped me until everything was settled. All I can say is that they really care for their customers and always give their best.

Mit Ikea_Möbel wollt hoch Preis zu vermieten. Die Wohnung sind unsauber mit starker Geruch. Matraze ist schmuzig, nicht mit der schlafen kann. Ganz schlechte Erfahrung, Firma wollt nur Geld verdienen. Abstand halten!!!
Ich bin sehr zufrieden, freundliche Mitarbeiter, unkomplizierte Kommunikation und mega schnelle Antwortzeit. Ich bin froh, dass ich diesen Weg gegangen bin!

Es ist klar, dass die Mietpreise unvernünftig hoch sind und man keinen Besichtigungstermin vorab vereinbaren darf. Stattdessen (muss) man den Mietvertrag für sechs Monate blind unterschreiben, ohne die Wohnung vorher zu sehen. man kann aber empfehlen, auf Plattformen wie Kleinanzeigen oder ImmoScout24 findet man sicherlich mehrere bessere Alternativen von freundlichen Vermietern.
