I highly recommend HC24 to anyone looking to rent an apartment in Augsburg. Jana and Lisa were incredibly professional, and always kind, making my experience truly exceptional. I felt supported throughout the entire process: before moving in, during my stay whenever I needed, and even when it was time for me to leave. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures, perfect in every way.
I had an excellent experience thanks to Lisa and Jana, who were incredibly responsive and always available. They answered all my questions and guided me in finding the perfect flat in Augsburg, making the process smooth and stress-free!
The company helped us move to Augsburg. Manager Jana Hörmann handled the process professionally and found a good apartment with a friendly landlord for my family and me within a week, despite the fact that we were moving from another continent. We are very grateful to Jana and the company. And of course we are grateful to our landlord for his hospitality.
I have had a very nice experience with (Lisa, Jana and Julia) in Augsburg. Firstly, they are very prompt in responding to emails and always willing to explain what needs clarification. Then , the apartment is very well furnished with great attention to detail. As a client, one feels very cared for and they try their best to offer a pleasant experience. Highly recommend.
Die Kontakte mit HC24 waren stets sehr angenehm. Die Mitarbeiterinnen sind sehr kompetent und seriös. Explizit möchte ich erwähnen, das der Kommunikationsweg via Mail durchaus reibungslos verläuft und man schnell eine Rückmeldung bekommt. Innerhalb kürzester Zeit eine Wohnung auf Zeit gefunden. Konnte nach Rücksprache früher anmieten und wurde auch 1 Monat früher aus dem Mietvertrag entlassen und sehr zeitnah die Kaution wieder bekommen. Alles unkompliziert, professionell und sehr freundlich!

Ich kann nach vielen Jahren Kontakt zu HC24, insbesondere Frau Schuster nur sagen : perfekt 🤩 Der Kontakt ist super professionell und dennoch herzlich. Alle meine Anliegen werden umgehend beantwortet und Probleme gelöst. Für alle die schnell eine Wohnung suchen sollten sich an HC24 wenden. Natürlich sind möblierte Wohnungen teurer, aber dafür muss man sich um nichts kümmern. Eine klare Empfehlung meinerseits

I was renting the apartment in Augsburg with HC24 for 18 months and the overall experience was absolutely great. That was a fully furnished flat in the downtown for a very reasonable price which was all inclusive (rent, utilities, Internet connectivity and a car parking slot).
