Ich war mit einer Freundin dort und wir wurden beide herzlichst empfangen. Ich habe mich immer wohl gefühlt und habe nicht nur ein Outfit gefunden was mir wirklich gut gefallen hat, sondern wurde darüber hinaus auch super freundlich und kompetent beraten was noch zu dem Outfit passen würde. The selling lady upset us so much. I think this is the worst woman I have ever met!! I like the store so much but I couldn’t let myself buying something with this kind of humiliation we received from her. Soooo I recommend the owner to change the selling woman. You lost e very good client.

Great collection of latex and leather, very unique items. But an awful saleswoman. Extremely rude and offensive. Was very upset that I was trying on a corset as they were for “women” bodies. She switch between being very friendly and then very aggressive, cursing about us in German not knowing that we could understand. Honestly one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had.
