I would have rated here as zero stars if I could. This is the worst company you could ever have, so run away from a building they handle. They don't respond to the calls, e-mails and even paper letters, they do just nothing. They never answer your questions and never handle complaints. Unfassbare Abzocke. Dachte nach Akelius kannn es nicht schlechter werden! Seit Monaten keine Reaktion auf unzählige Mails und Anrufe, nie ist jemand erreichbar. Gekümmert wird sich um nichts! Auch eine Kündigungbestätigung kommt nicht! Würde eigentlich 0 Sterne geben wenn dies möglich wäre.

Bekam von der Münchner Geschäftsstelle sehr schnell (schon am nächsten Morgen) eine Antwort auf meine Anfrage. Die Weiterleitung an eine Firma erfolgte sofort danach und drei Tage später war die Reparatur erledigt. Freundlich und professionell.
