Am Anfang der Zusammenarbeit schien alles gut, letztlich waren immer mehr Mieter absolut zu recht sehr unzufrieden. Seid der Kündigung wurde dann nur noch sehr minimalistisch gearbeitet. Am Schluss weder kompromiss- noch lösungsorientiert. Ein außergerichtlicher Vergleich wegen ersparter Leitungen war nicht möglich. EFA geht lieber vor Gericht und schmeißt das gute Geld dem schlechten hinter her.
