The doctor and staff members are kind, patient and friendly. I was very scared of dentists due to my past experience. First I came for an emergency. They are so gentle and kind to me. I followed up 2 times and their service is just amazing. The doctor took time to explain to me my situation clearly and made sure I understand. (My German is not good, he can speak English with me!) My favorite dentists here. Everyone is super friendly and you can get an appointment very fast. For emergencies (which might not be emergencies for them), I was simply told to come by in the afternoon. I never really had to wait there with an appointment as their scheduling is excellent.
