Unfortunately i feel doing a bad review for my last experience in the Praxis. My cat (w) was neutered and had a complicated operation. i let her at 12:00 and picked her up at 16:00. The cat was still half sleepy. i was wondered that the operation was complicated but when i got home the cat started to feel VERY BAD so i tried to reach the praxis without having any answers -at 18:00- while the praxis was still open and i had no emergency number. War zum ersten Mal mit meinem Labradormischling in der Praxis bei Dr. Röhker. Der Eindruck war durchweg positiv. Der Empfang sehr freundlich, alle Mitarbeiter sind mit meinem Hund einfühlsam umgegangen, es wurde Rücksicht genommen auf seine schüchterne Art und alle strahlen eine Ruhe aus. Sehr zu empfehlen. Great Praxis and my review is just to encourage them to keep it up. Been going there for several years now with my doggy who hates going to the vet. Staff is always friendly and easy going, professional, and really good with the dog. Fr. Dr. Handke is great and so is the rest of the team: Jessica, Sophia, Anna, and anyone else who’s name I haven’t registered.

I am grateful to have found Dr. Handke and her staff. It was an emergency, so all I could do was choose a vet based on the reviews. I brought in a lethargic cat, in a very critical state. Simply put, she saved him. Yakitori clearly feels comfortable around her ( as comfortable as any pet could feel at the vet ;P ) She is highly competent, but also very patient and caring.
