Despite a rough start with a different planner, I am very happy with the service we have received. Frau Isabelle Hiepler has been wonderful and very helpful. She was able to work with our current conceptual drawings, listened to our concerns and answered all of our questions. Everything was transparent and at no point were we pressured into signing our contract. We are looking forward to moving through the building process with B&W and have no reservations at this point!
