Die Brüder wissen was sie tun! Sowohl Herr Schuller, als auch Herr Kari waren von der Vermittlung bis hin zum Coaching in jedem Fachbereich bestens vorbereitet und konnten somit auch mich bestens vorbereiten. Deren Head Hunter skills sind kaum zu übertreffen, da findet sich Firma und Mitarbeiter wie die Faust aufs Auge. Bin vollkommen begeistert und kann ich jedem weiter empfehlen!

One of their staff bothered me out of the blue -- with a mass production / greed for commission attitude, and nothing more, not even basic basic common human manners: Didn't even address his recipient by name in our correspondence, where he got a professional (at least properly punctuated) answer to whatever question he asked. He didn't even know how to use capitalization in his short + dry 1 sentence sarcastic responses, after asking about my German language proficiency, etc. (I answered whatever he said in both DE and ENG). Horrible impression from an unprofessional staff/agency.

Noch nie eine so schlimme Firma erlebt kompetenz kennen die nicht reagieren wie kleine Kinder wenn man sie mit Problemen konfrontiert die sie verursacht haben.... Zahlen kein pünktliches Gehalt vorsichtig Finger weg........... Bin schon seit Jahren bei zeitarbeitsfirmen aber so etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt ein Stern ist zu viel

I worked 1 Day there, they supposed to pay me and I was waiting for a phonecall in 2 hours(by that tall guy with glasses). 4 months past and i had to spend money and time to go personally there. This is how valuable them words are. It is a zeit firma they dont tell you this when you go there, they say that they will try to find a job in which you have a qualification but they call you to go the next day from 6 and they dont tell you that the job they find is to actually help to move out companies or other stuff like this and the jobs they have are really less paid and the work is crazy hard... Shame on you! Stay away from them!!!!

Habe gute Erfahrungen gemacht (Kommunikation, Geschwindigkeit etc.) und kompetente und freundliche Ansprechpartner. Den Punkt Abzug gibt es dafür, dass Mitarbeiter ihre Firma positiv bewerten (okay, ist Usus), aber sich selbst dann auch noch für die positive Bewertung bedanken - LOL

We hired an individual through this company. She left after 5 weeks. When we then tried to contact Avantgarde for a refund or replacement, our calls were ignored and countless emails, even to the CEO, went unanswered. Woeful service and treatment. Never again.
