We called into here as they are a Hymer dealer and I needed to get an issue with my camper checked. We went without an appointment in the hope that they could check my camper. What fantastic service we received. When we went to reception a young woman who spoke very good English became our translator. Her service became invaluable as she conveyed what I was saying to the mechanic and the service staff in the dealership. We can’t thank her enough. As a result of her help and assistance the mechanic was able to understand what my concern was. He then took our camper into the workshop to check it over. The result was that all was ok. I had wanted to visit this dealership for a few years as they produce special edition RSX versions of both the Hymer Grand Canyon S and ML-T motorhomes. The display model didn’t disappoint even with an eye watering price. The Palmo RSX salesman was a great person and gave me a few stickers as a memento of our visit. Thank you so much, great service and really nice people.

Update im Interesse aller Kunden: es wurde eine Beschwerde eingelegt, um meine unten aufgeführte Rezension löschen zu lassen. Ich konnte meine geschilderte Erfahrung glaubhaft darlegen und nachweisen, weshalb Google diese wieder reaktiviert hat. Soviel zur Kritikfähigkeit und Transparenz des Unternehmens... Wieviel von den 4,5 Sternen also tatsächlich der Wahrheit entsprechen, kann sich jeder selbst denken... Von meinem ursprünglichen 2 Sternen vergebe ich also nur noch einen. Wenn man als Kunde nicht nach viel Geld aussieht, wartet man ziemlich lange auf einen Berater und bekommt dann Ende den Azubi zugewiesen, der jedoch überraschend kompetent herüber kommt.
