Our experience with Caravania was unfortunately an absolute nightmare! The very first time taking our brand new camper out, one of the windows fell out of the upper rail it's attached to and left two dents in the wall. Upon examining it, the window was not properly glued into the rail. We contacted them immediately, and they were very difficult about repairing even the window, nevermind the dents. Mrs. S even went so far as to imply that the window falling out was caused by mishandling. Communication was very difficult at times. It took just short of SEVEN months just to repair the window, and more than eight to receive compensation for the damage to the outside wall. Not once did it feel like Caravania was very interested in fixing our problem and we felt like a burden throughout the whole process. After this experience, I could not recommend this dealer for anyone in the market for a new caravan.
