Einfach top! Ich bin sehr glücklich einen Friseur gefunden zu haben, dem ich vollends vertrauen kann. Strähnen und Schnitt sind jedes Mal perfekt. Stelio berät kompetent und ehrlich und arbeitet rasch und effizient. Die Termine finden pünktlich statt. Es herrscht eine ruhige und entspannte Atmosphäre.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this salon. It was, unfortunately, one of the worst I've ever had. Despite spending four hours there, stelio failed to achieve the cool blonde color I requested and even showed pictures of. Instead, my hair turned out yellow (see attached picture). Additionally, I had specifically asked to keep my roots, having waited six months for them to grow out. My request was completely ignored ,leaving me with no roots visible (as shown in the picture he took). Now, I have to wait another six months to achieve the look I wanted. On a positive note, the stylist didn't charge me after seeing the poor result. However, the situation worsened when I reached out to show him the pictures of his work. He accused me of lying, claiming I went to a different hairdresser and that he wasn't responsible. This was especially frustrating since the pictures clearly show they were taken on the same day I left the salon at 7 PM, with no other hairdresser being available at that time. Overall, this experience was disappointing and frustrating. I hope the salon can improve its customer service and accountability in the future.

Leider nur 2 Sterne, da die ältere Kollegin bei mir dermaßen übertrieben hat, dass ich jetzt mehr Schmerzen als vorher in der Schulzer habe. Auch noch nach 2 Tagen.

Ich war gerade in deinem Solarium. Ich habe noch nie ein so unhöfliches arbeitendes Mädchen gesehen. Ein Punkt nur für sie. Ansonsten ist vom Salon her alles sauber und perfekt. Zehn, aber wenn mich heute jemand so begrüßt, ruiniert das meinen Arbeiter NULL!! 23.10 16:42
