Ich kann den Paketshop nur weiterempfehlen. Man kann hier nicht nur den Service des "Grenzpakets" in Anspruch nehmen, sondern auch Pakete via Hermes oder GLS versenden (lassen). Wir werden/wurden hier zu jeder Zeit von allen die dort arbeiten sehr gut betreut. Vor allem Frau Kehr selbst nimmt sich persönlich für die Anliegen Zeit und ist stets freundlich und hilfsbereit.

!!!!HANDS OFF!!!!! Considered an official DPD parcel shop. But when the package ends up here, the shop tries to rip people off and charge a collection fee without authorization. You don't have to pay a collection fee like this in any other DPD shop. I have never been asked this as a pick up location chosen from the DPD website. I will use all other DPD pick location. The original address wasn't even their shop. It was a DHL Packstation ordered via Amazon but send with the DPD and attached to my account. Both DPD and DHL account has my Swiss address. The Staff was extremely hostile, mark the parcel as collected despite I refuse to pay and she said she will send it back. When I come to argue with her why she marked it as collected she started to threaten me with calling the police and also showing me a middle finger. Literally, showed her that i wasn't even using there addresses as original delivery address. There are more than 10 different DPD pick shops in the area and i have used multiple of them without any issues!!!!!
