Vom ersten Gespräch bis zum finalen Notartermin haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden über jeden Schritt ausführlich informiert. Damen im Büro sehr nett. Wohnung war auf den ersten Blick ganz schick und sauber. Nach 2 Tagen fallen immer mehr Mängel auf wie z.B. ein absolut durchgelegenes Bett, sodass man die Nächte lieber auf dem Sofa verbringt. Die Kaffeemaschine und der Föhn sind eine Katastrophe. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche lässt zu wünschen übrig. Unser Auto war mehr als nur dreckig nach 2 Tagen auf dem zugewiesenen Parkplatz, aufgrund des dort stehenden Baums. Schade.

Seit 2015 ein zweites Zuhause Seit unserem ersten Besuch in der Villa Seerose im Jahre 2015 sind wir seitdem jedes Jahr in der Nebensaison vor Ort. Kalte frische Ostseeluft und eine Sauna, Kuchen am Kamin, die Seele baumeln lassen uvm. Inzwischen kennen und schätzen wir das Team von OAR sehr und freuen uns auf jedes Wiedersehen! Wir haben ein zweites Zuhause an der Ostsee gefunden und können es jedem nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

They get you by surpise: just before your arrival you get a message from the owners and discover there are no bed linen and no towels at all. In the end you discover that the original offer does say - in the small print though! - that towels and bed linen are for extra price, but no price is mentioned. The price on the spot: 10 Eur per person, so the cost of a double bed is 20 Eur extra. They dishonestly attract visitors with a lower price, which in the end turns out to be much higher. That means that you can easily get a better and nicer accommodation elsewhere in the vicinity of 3 km for the actual price (which includes the room + bed linen/towels). To me this is a very dishonest practice. Normally only hostels with bunk beds etc do this, but otherwise when you book a room it does provide bed linen and towels - that's the standard all over the world. You don't expect such a practice. A room is not just the walls, but contains a window bed and bedding. The bathroom includes also water and a towel. If you rent a room in a hotel, an ordinary hostel or a pension, "room" means: walls, windows, bed and bedding, "bathroom" also means water, washbasin and towel, which also corresponds to the standard German semantics. When I buy a ticket to the Philharmonic or the Opera, I do not take my own chair with me, as it is part of the equipment of the hall. In addition, you cannot pay by card - only cash: very outdated: I had three different cards (credit, debit etc) , but rheywere refused by the owner. There was NO place to store the bicycles safely. There in NO sauna to be seen, by the way. The landlord says it somewhere there, but no access. Their front picture shows only where their reception is, rooms are located elsewhere. The positive side is that the place is clean and and has a kitchenette where you can cook or at least make a tea or coffee.
