We enjoyed a lot our tour with Radius to Neuschwanstein. The guide was funny and told us a lot of good stories/curiosities. They were pontual and everything went fine.

The Munich Third Reich Walking Tour was disappointing. Guide didn't seem engaged with the group, didn't ask us if we had any questions, or encourage participation. The facts were brief so follow-up questions and answers could have brought the tour to life but this didn't happen. He's likely given this tour many times and it showed. Adding salt to the wound he stated a couple of times that he forgot his backpack so didn't have the photos he usually shares. We went expecting new facts to be delivered by someone with a knowledge of history. Lower your expectations and it might be worth it, otherwise do another tour.
