Lovely setting but the service was terrible - we ordered brunch and drinks. Drinks arrived then one dish then 5 minutes later another and our third dish (a French breakfast aka a croissant and jam) never arrived. We asked for milk to have with our tea - that also never came. We tried for 10 minutes to call staff and there were no waiters walking around so we gave up. The dishes we did have were lovely but overall a very bad experience due to the poor staff.

Wir haben hier eine kleine Hochzeitstorte für unseren Standesamttermin bestellt. Alles lief super. Die Torte war einfach perfekt. Viele unsere Gäste haben gefragt, wo wir sie bestellt haben.

Very slow service, long line at the cashier and untrained people at the counter. This said, the waiter/waitresses are all very nice and young people who do their best, but they are obviously lacking the necessary training to work in such a busy and well-known place (it's also the only real cafe in the area, I must say). They are also often working all alone at the counter, with a long line of people waiting to order in front of them. Most of them are also not able to prepare a proper cappuccino and you get served whatever look-alike they manage to prepare with their little experience. There is definitely a managerial problem here. Prices are not proportional to quality either. Too expensive. The atmosphere is cosy though, so I'll just give an extra star only for that.
