We were seated promptly but had to wait 25 minutes for anyone to even give us a menu, luckily we ordered the drinks at that moment as it took another 30 minutes until we got fed up waiting and being avoided, so we asked if we can place our order. We waited another 45 minutes, no sign of our food, no one came to our table to ask if we needed anything else, we had to ask again how long our food will take. At this stage our bottle of wine was finished. Finally SOME of it came out, but the extra sides did not, we tried to get the waiters attention but we were constantly ignored. We had to leave our table to go ask about our missing food. The missing food finally came out but we had finished the majority of our main meal which was disappointing as we planned to eat this together. Again we were ignored when we were trying to get their attention to order more food. We left our table for a second time to order more food and our deserts. 15 minutes later the water came and asked what we ordered again.. at this stage we had enough, we cancelled our additional orders of food and just asked for the desert. Overall- extremely long waiting times, no waiter proactively checked in or offered to take drinks orders (only when we had called a waiter over), customers had to leave their table to go to the waiters (twice), and after all that, we were disappointed and still hungry. The only thing I cannot complain about is the quality of the food, this was excellent.

Irgendwann (zur Coronazeit?) war es, als ob der Besitzer gewechselt hat. Auf einmal irgendwie vieles anders. Portionen recht klein und teuer. Schade.
