Hier gibt es gehobene Küche. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Ambiente überzeugt, auch wenn die Tische etwas beengt angeordnet sind.

Overall, we had a negative experience, especially for the price. This place is trying to do more than they can handle. So some dishes are good, but don't go for anything that is not popular -- it may have been sitting around for a while. Also, if you are a wine drinker, avoid the wine here. The most expensive red is OK. The others are not good. The service was quite bad. Everything took forever. It took about 20 min and asking 3 times to get water. The place does look nice -- trendy and industrial, but that isn't nearly enough. We will not go back nor recommend. There are many VERY good places in Heidelberg.

The food was tasty and the portions were of decent size. However, the amount of meat on the plate was lacking and would not justify the price which was a bit over the top.

We ordered a lot of food here. Then next day we went for a quick beer and lemonade and I asked for a little warm water. They had the nerve to charge me €3 for water from the tap!!! I had to leave to catch my train and wasn't able to question the person who charged me. But what a shame he turned what could have been a decent review from me because this was an awful experience. I do not recommend this place 😡 Very poor service and extortionate pricing of €3 for 1 cup of warm water when we ordered beer, lemonade and other things. Disgusted.

Völlig überteuert, sehr lautes Ambiente (Tipp: Schalldämmung 😉), und zum wiederholten male wurde einem der Familienmitglieder hinterher übel und bekam Durchfall, beim letzten mal gleich 3 von 4, damit kann das dann kein Zufall mehr gewesen sein ☝. Damit hat sich das Gourmet (!) City für uns auch endgültig erledigt. Die Speisen waren allerdings schmackhaft und die Bedienung zwar zögerlich, aber nett.
