Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen. Die leere Wände erlaubte mir, den Raum nach meinem Geschmack einzurichten. Die Lage war ideal und der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend. Absolut empfehlenswert!

My experience so far: When I arrived, there were many things damaged inside. Most of which we took a picture of. Many we simply didn't check (on arrival day), so we didn't know (because how many things can you check for real?). For fixing the things that were broken before me, I had to pay (by asking them to fix it and then receiving a surprise bill). But when our contract ended and I waited for a deposit refund, they charged me again. They charged me 150€ for basic cleaning (even though I left a clean home), 70€ for handle, and 100€ for something, I don't even know what that is. I also had to pay 454.80€ for water&heating (even though I knew as if both were supposed to be included). In general, I left 852€ deposit, and I received 77.2 € as a return of deposit (I can only imagine what would have happened if I had actually damaged something). Moreover. When I last published a negative review (sharing the mess I had to live with), they reported it to Google (deeming my review as illegal), but Google didn't delete it because I provided proof to them. And do consider that 5⭐️ reviews may not be made by people who actually lived there. I hope you'll find my review helpful.
