My client n. End by 9171. I was paid the service fee more than a month ago, but the debt department sent an email over and over for unpaid bills. I was sent a few emails to the address provided in the letter. But no One replied. After that, I must call them to confirm they do receive the payment. The worse thing is that KPMG received the payment, but no one told the debt department, and the debt department did not even ask the finance department if they did receive the money or not, before acting like the mafia, Just send the email every week asking to pay as a scam company.

First things first, people: Do you really think there's a place with str8 5 stars? That's not reality. This review is probably the only real one for this company, and yeah, if I could, I'd even give minus stars. I saw a few bad ones from other people before, but they always are swiftly deleted. The only thing they work diligently on, apparently. Mr. Liebig is not really interested in doing clean work on your tax files. At least not if you're not a millionaire or sth. He and his office repeatedly didn't call back when they said they would (I'm talking 20+ times this happened), don't reply or send mails when they tell you they will, don't get back at phone inquiries you make, don't keep oral understandings. His employees (or him, dunno) scrambled up my tax files WITH THE FILES OF ANOTHER CLIENT! And our names weren't even similar. One of my tax files was even rejected bc he scrambled the data of the files and the german Finanzamt rejected the papers, then he or his employees missed the deadline to correct the mistake and the whole thing was finally rejected bc they didn't keep the deadline. My recommendation: Save your money and go to ANY Steuerverein or how they're called in Germany. Cheaper and they will work more efficiently.

Das Steuerbüro von Reiner Aust arbeitet seit mehr als 10 Jahren an meiner Seite und berät mich in allen Fragen rund um das steuerliche Recht . Bei ihm fühle ich mich in den besten Händen . Sachkundig und lösungsorientiert erarbeitet er mit mir jeden Schritt im finanziellen Dschungel rund um die Selbständigkeit, was schließlich auch in mein Privatleben eingreift. Es gibt zu jeder Tageszeit freundliche Mitarbeiter die telefonisch erreichbar sind ,Fragen aufnehmen und unverzüglich bearbeiten, beziehungsweise vermitteln. Das Büro ist degital vernetzt ( bei dessen Erarbeitung Herr Aust vor Jahren mitgewirkt hat). Somit kann man die zu bearbeitenden Unterlagen (Monatsabrechnung /Steuererklärung/ Lohnabrechnung /etc.) im onlineverfahren per Handy oder Computer zum Steuerbüro übersenden. Ich jedoch gehöre noch zur guten alten Schule. Sammle , sortierte und gebe die Ordner persönlich im Büro ab . Das ist dann immer mit einem persönlichen Gespräch , Erklärung um Daten und Fakten und einem Kaffee verbunden . Herr Aust und alle seine Mitarbeiter die ich im laufe der Jahre unserer Zusammenarbeit kennengelernt habe gehört mein Dank. Ohne sie stünde ich heute nicht dort wo ich bin . Mit ihnen bin ich den Weg gemeinsam gegangen . Bin finanziell frei und kann das tun wo meine Stärken liegen. Ich habe einen kompetenten Steuerberater und seine Partner an meiner Seite .
