Also entgegen der Erwartungen, dass das laut den Rezessionen von Google und Trustpilot eine Katastrophe wird, bin ich sehr erstaunt. Wir haben übe Refurbed bestellt. Lieferung hat super geklappt. Das Gerät ist wie beschrieben nur das Netzteil hat leider ein Problem und wird sehr heiß und quietscht. Aber da wird mir umgehend ein neues zugeschickt. Ich kann bisher nichts negatives zum Gerät und allem sagen

Would not shop from this company again. Unfair trading practices. Purchased a refurbished device in the Very Good category paying extra for it. Received a device in the Good category instead with a lot more signs of use and damage and was advised they would not honour the price difference and can refund me an arbitrary amount for the trouble. Not worth the hassle, save yourselves the trouble and shop elsewhere.
