Saßen über 20 Minuten ohne unsere Bestellung. Die Kellner haben draußen geraucht. Dann wurde erst noch ein Eis Truppe mit 10 Personen bedient. Da sind wir gegangen..mussten uns noch schlaue Text anhören...

Super freundliches Personal. Das Dönerbrot und Dürümbrot schmecken frisch gemacht und lecker. Es gibt die Wahl zwischen einem Kalb- oder Hähnchenspieß und vielen versch. Saucen. Abends kann es ein wenig länger dauern und die beiden Male, als ich da war, ging ab ca. 17:30 entweder das Fleisch oder einiges an Salat/Gemüse aus.

Für mich ist auch entscheidend, wie man mit den weiblichen Kundinnen umgeht und wie man auf Feedback reagiert. Ich bleibe dabei, dass ich den Vorbesitzer netter fand. Da es Vorort genug Döner - Läden gibt, werde ich bestimmt nicht verhungern! Weiterhin viel Erfolg!

All these negative reviews I've read here or on Booking have absolutely nothing in common with my experience. Nothing. I'm in no way affiliated with the hotel but it feels unjust to read certain things about this place, so here's my opinion. The hotel doesn't smell "musty"—it smells like a regular old house. This is normal. You have antiques and old walls, and centuries of history, you get the smell. It's delicate and nothing unpleasant. I grew up in a similar building and it spells home to me. The owner is *incredibly* friendly, the rest of the staff too. The restaurant is more than reasonably priced for our Dutch wallets (we had goose, duck, beer, Irish coffee, two desserts, charcuterie and glühwein, we paid less than 80 euros. To us it's truly a bargain). The food was delicious. How the breakfast looks and how it works was explained clearly during our check-in. 10 euros per person for better breakfast is pennies. We paid 40 in Kassel a week ago and it was so-so. Our bathroom is small, but I can comfortably take a shower there and do everything I need. It's clean, nothing to complain about. My almost 2 m tall partner thinks it's alright too. So yeah, I'm writing this from a very warm room, lying on a comfy mattress (I don't feel any wooden bottom), listening to the hum of the waterfall in the background. WiFi is spotty, that's true, but I have it. Pillows are a bit flat, but there are two blankets in the wardrobe we used as additional layer and voila, fixed. Extenders aren't new but they work well.

Uns hat es überhaupt nicht gefallen. Die vorherigen negativen Bewertungen drücken das aus, was auch wir empfunden haben. Gruselig!

Von dem Empfang der Gäste bis zur Verabschiedung, alles top. Das Team gibt sich die größte Mühe. Wir waren schon etliche male dort und kommen gerne wieder. Essen top und der Preis ist wirklich mehr als angemessen.

We are waiting for the food for one hour… , I have ordered a lemongrass beef but there are no lemongrass on my dish, my friend also didn’t enjoy the maki mix sushi here the rice was so cold, the Tom Yum Soup was fake, the one they made is not a real Tom Yum Soup. At least there is one good thing which is the ginger tea which is composed by hot water ginger and honey… very disappointed!

Schönes Kloster zum verweilen.

Eigentlich ein tolles Hotel. Nur schlafen kann man dort nicht, da es alle fünf Minuten laut knallt. Direkt vorm Kloster steht eine Vogelschreckschuss-Anlage. Die knallt Tag und Nacht.
