Unfortunately I had a very bad disappointing experience today I made my order 5:45 pm .I ordered chili cheese burger with fries and cola zero for dine in waited for my order to be prepared outside at the outdoor area until 6:10 my order was not served although other people came and made their orders after mine and they already received them. I asked the girl at the counter why is the order taking too much time it’s nearly half an hour she said will check one Moment then didn’t even come back to give me feedback , so I went in at 6:20 to ask the guys inside the kitchen I was shocked to know the from the Indian guy inside the kitchen that my order have not even been prepared all that time and that his mate left with at 6 pm without telling him about the order which I found really unprofessional and unconvincing. He apologized and told 8 mins exactly your order will be ready. 6:30 finally he came out with the order packed for take away although I told them I was dinning in normally I just took the order didn’t talk much wanted to leave went back to my hotel to have my meal and here is another disappointed the burger was nearly burnt and there was too much lettuce in the burger with no sun dried tomato as written on their menu it tasted bad couldn’t complete it. It was an annoying experience and waste of time I don’t recommend it at all.
