I have had a very bad experience with this company. After 5 months having a “family helper” totally unfit for my current family situation, very inexperienced and uncommitted, she still had the nerve to lie about me to myself, telling me through a WhatsApp message that I did something I didn't in an attempt to corroborate an email reporting an event in a twisted way to the youth welfare office. In mutual agreement with her coworker, they decided to blame me in order to portray themselves as good professionals through the disaster that was an ‘operation’ pressured by them to happen, although I said it wasn’t a good idea and that wouldn't work. After being notified by the social worker from the youth welfare office that she is stripped of her role as “family helper” because I no longer trust her, the said social worker insists on sending me emails, in order to embarrass me into putting up with her.
