Also, touching my paid food and belongings without permission is not within your rights; please check the CCTV footage of your shop to confirm this. You can try to delete your CCTV footage now, this will just confirm that you are hiding the truth. I kindly ask you to remove all fake 5-star reviews posted immediately after my 1-star review, particularly praising Pizza Napoli; it can't be a coincidence. In any case, you are welcome to contact your lawyer; all evidence will go against you, I promise you :) You gave us our order very late without letting us know when we were placing our order, and I wrote precisely this in my review.
