Caotion! Selling cars with hidden errors!! Auto Kraus has been insulting and humiliating me as their customer for years. They constantly report my review to Google, where I have to provide written evidence to support my claims. And after these reports, they always edit their comments again, continuously calling us derogatory names and insulting us. This is extremely unprofessional. We bought a car from Auto-Kraus GmbH & Co.KG Nissan. We are not trolls. We are not Yugoslavien. I will never delete my bad review; it is my right as a customer, and I will defend it whenever necessary. Kind regards to the Auto Kraus team.
