Booked this place for one night stay mainly because this place had kitchen and offered breakfast box. However none of my requirements were fulfilled. When I called them, I heard that we need to reserve the breakfast box ahead which wasn’t mentioned anywhere. My concerns are in the same order I experienced : 1. The pan was stinky when I tried to cook with it though it looked clean and it looks like the ppl just rinsed the pan to look clean but not really cleaned it . I had to clean the pan coz. 2. I received a WhatsApp message at 7:00 to remind about my checkout at 11:00 but the breakfast box didn’t arrive until 8:00. I called them and they mentioned I need to reserve it. While it was clearly mentioned we need to reserve the car parking but nowhere I could find the information that we need to also reserve breakfast box. They promised someone will call back soon. 3. When I called them again , they mentioned it’s been only 17 mins but the time was already 8:30 which is 2 hrs before the checkout time. When you wake up a guest at 7:00 to remind them of checkout, may be send the same reminder to your staff to remind them of the service. 4. There was no sugar to be found. Not in the room and not even in the coffee corner. The time is 9:00 and still no response regarding breakfast box nor sugar. Though your concept of hassle free automatic checkin sounds good in paper, they just want to avoid cost of service personal and escape from their responsibility for a mediocre hospitality service. It’s worse than self serviced accommodation where you have to pay for the service but you have to clean someone else cooked pan. Not a place I would recommend. May be it’s only meant for hotel accommodation but only for longer stays. But the room itself was clean and spacious.
