Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt in dem gemietetem Appartement, welches modern eingerichtet und vollständig ausgestattet ist. Die Abwicklung war unkompliziert und professionell, ich kann "Ute Williams Immobilien" sehr empfehlen!

She wrote to me that she can't suggest any apartments to me because she is closing her business, but she is still posting new apartments on the website! I wouldn't mind if she just had written I don't want to rent anything to you (for any reason! like low income or just she didn't like me or whatever). But liars deserve 1-star ratings! (What if I am wrong and she told the truth about closing the business? I thought about it: then a 1-star rating on the very last days of her business is not important, is it?)

Good location, rooms are comfy but not clean. The first thing we’ve realised after entering our room was the hospital/crowded train like smell in this room. Then we’ve discovered a boot mark on the bathroom floor, some paper trash bags, clothing labels, an empty box from the previous visitor. The floor was definitely not vacuumed properly let alone being mopped and was full of hairs, crumbs and some small grease-like marks here and there. I have asked the staff via WhatsApp to get it cleaned, they’ve offered me an 18€ discount and said the housekeeping will check again the next day. The only difference the house keeping made was leaving their dirty rags on the kitchen counter next to the coffee stains. There were also dust everywhere, we couldn’t use the wardrobe or the coffee table. I don’t recommend this place since it’s also not really cheap. Rather pay 20-30 euros more per person and go to a proper hotel. We definitely regret not doing so.
